Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos poses with VM Amarillo and Jelaine Monteclaro who recently competed at the US Westchester Tournament, winning gold in all four events.
The kids are sports scholars at the Philippine Table Tennis Academy (PTTA) located at the Mandaluyong Elementary School through the support of the city government.
The said tournament is known to have the highest-prize money and is the most internationally attended in table tennis in North America.
